Puerto Montt Gem - perfect for chilling
Large spacious rooms, clean and well kept with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. The sort of room you could happily just sit in any evening drinking a glass of wine watching the sunset over the ocean. Wide choice of tasty food for breakfast. Friendly staff, Barbara on Reception was great. Good location for walking quickly into downtown, or coastal walks Great value
All very nice, but decor and furniture in the rooms is becoming just a little dated

Convenient and businesslike but not warm and welcoming.
Spacious room with sea view. Free parking.
Initial access to hotel from underground parking on arrival was impossible. Horrendous price increase when asking about extended stay. Cold scrambled eggs at 8am.

A real pleasure.
Enjoyed the entire stay. Loved the smiles from the front desk people, the breakfast service and the security personnel on the first floor. Smiles make everything pleasant. Lots of shopping and restaurants near the hotel. WiFi was fast and reliable. A+ for the hotel and all the people. Thank you for a great stay.

Great hotel- amazing location- will return!
Excellent hotel! We stayed here with our four-month old twins and it was perfect. The location is excellent, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable; the hotel cafe is very useful too and delicious food. We loved that the mall was easily accessible, the free parking etc. Totally recommend!
The room was a little bit hot- not sure the air con worked, but it was overall fine.
